University Attack: Who Were The Victims?

Eighteen students and an administrative officer of Kabul University were killed in the deadly attack on the university on Monday, an official of Kabul University administrative affairs said on Tuesday.

Ten of those killed are female students. They were students of the public administration faculty.

All students who lost their lives aged between 20 to 26 years old.

Following are the students killed in the attack.

•    Hedayatullah Saadat 20, student of Public Administration Faculty

•    Mohammad Raud Arif 23, student of Public Administration Faculty

•    Ahmad Ali Mohammad 23, student of Public Administration Faculty

•    Marzia Tahiri 21, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Suhaila Yari 22, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Maryam Hakimi 21, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Sarah Habib 23, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Daud Eshaq 23, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Hassani Yousufi 23, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Nadima Azizi 22, student ofPublic Administration Faculty

•    Hanifa Afshar 22, student ofPublic Administration Faculty

•    Idris Azimi 23, student of public Administration Faculty

•    Mohammad Rahed Amin 22, Public Administration Faculty

•    Mohammad Bilal Hashemi 20, Public Administration Faculty

•    Mohammad Ali Danish 24, Public Administration Faculty

•    Ziba Asghari 21, student of Law Faculty

•    Husnia Hakimullah, Law Faculty  

•    Sher Shah Khushkai 45, an administrative employee of Kabul University.

At least 25,000 students are enrolled at Kabul University.

A joint book exhibition of Iran-Afghanistan was underway when the attack happened.

The attack on Kabul University was strongly condemned by the international community. 

The attack left 22 killed and dozens wounded.
