At least five ANA soldiers were killed and five were wounded in a Taliban attack on a security outpost in Baghlan province on Wednesday night, a security source said.

The attack took place in the Tajikan area in Pul-e-Khumri, capital of the province.

“The Taliban also stole two army vehicles after the attack,” he said.

However, the local security officials have not yet commented on the attack.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
