A soft-skin SUV carrying an official of the Ministry of Telecommunications and IT was hit by a magnetic bomb in Kabul city this morning, a source said. No deaths have been reported yet.
Kabul police in a statement said that the incident happened about 8:37am local time in PD6 of Kabul city after a mine exploded against the ministry’s vehicle.
“No one was hurt in the blast,” it added.
This comes a day after gunmen opened fire on a vehicle in Kabul on Sunday, Kabul police reported, and two female judges of the Supreme Court were killed and two other people--the driver and another female--were wounded in the attack, according to the Presidential Palace.
