At least four civilians were wounded in a blast in the northern province of Kunduz on Thursday morning, a member of the provincial council, Rabbani Rabbani said.
The incident happened about 10:20 am local time in Mokhaberat square in PD4 of Kunduz city after a civilian car was targeted by a magnetic mine, Rabbani said.
In the meantime, the “explosion caused financial damage to the people,” sources said.
No group including the Taliban has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
