Amir Khan Muttaqi, the acting foreign minister of the Islamic Emirate, met with the President of Tatarstan and the representatives of Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar on the sidelines of the Moscow Format meeting.

According to the Afghan foreign ministry, during these meetings an emphasis was put on providing humanitarian help to Afghanistan and broad support for the Afghan people.

“The high-ranking delegation of the Islamic Emirate also called for constructive dialogue and medium-term and long-term cooperation with the countries of the region,” said Abdul Latif Nazari, deputy of the Ministry of Economy.

“The cooperation of the world, region and neighbors in the economic dimension in Afghanistan is felt when the cooperation is infrastructure, development of the country,” said Shabir Bashiri, an economist.

Meanwhile, the director of the Asian Affairs Department in Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Youse bin Sultan Youse Laram, who represented Qatar at the meeting, said that “achieving regional and international stability is the primary goal of all parties seeking to achieve stability and security in Afghanistan.”

“Being a reliable partner in the international community, the State of Qatar emphasizes the importance of cooperation and constructive dialogue to achieve tangible progress in Afghanistan,” the Foreign Ministry of Qatar said in a statement.

Some political analysts said that the key to solving the country’s problems is in the hands of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

“The key to solving the country's problems is in the hands of the current system. If the Islamic Emirate had learned from the past regimes, I am sure it will be the biggest opportunity to solve it,” said Abdul Rauf Tawana, a political analyst.

"Two days ago, we heard that Amir Khan Muttaqi called the issue of upholding human rights and the structure of the system in Afghanistan a type of intervention, which means they rejected this issue always," said another political analyst Shakir Hayat.

Youse bin Sultan Youse Laram, also noted that Qatar continues to coordinate international efforts and facilitate dialogue between the United Nations, the concerned countries and the current Afghan government to ensure adherence to the Doha Agreement.
