Nadim: Afghanistan's Affairs Guided by Islamic and Cultural Principles

The Acting Minister of Higher Education, during a meeting with the Uzbek Ambassador in Kabul, stated that Afghanistan, as an independent country, conducts all its internal and external affairs based on Islamic and cultural values.

Neda Mohammad Nadim also discussed the expansion of academic and cultural relations between the two countries withYadgar Shadmanov.

Ziaullah Hashemi, the spokesperson for the ministry, mentioned that Mr. Nadim added that Uzbekistan is among the countries that cooperate with Afghanistan in various fields, especially higher education.

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education said: "Uzbekistan is one of the countries that cooperates with Afghanistan in various fields, particularly in higher education. The minister added that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as an independent country, regulates and advances all internal and external affairs in light of religious and cultural values."

During this meeting, the Uzbek Ambassador invited the Acting Minister of Higher Education to visit Uzbekistan to see the country's scientific and cultural centers.

Some university professors also consider the expansion of cooperation in the field of higher education between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan important.

Naqibullah Noori, a university professor, said: "Diplomatic relations, especially those that are academic and scientific, are beneficial for both countries and can be helpful for students who want to pursue scholarships in neighboring and friendly countries."

Previously, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, in a meeting with the Chinese Ambassador, had requested China to provide more scholarships for Afghan students.
