Paul Klouman Bekken, the Norwegian Embassy's Chargé d'Affaires for Afghanistan, in a meeting with Amir Khan Muttaqi, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, called the third Doha meeting fruitful and emphasized the importance of holding more such meetings.
Bekken said that holding such meetings can be effective in solving current challenges in Afghanistan and establishing relations between the caretaker government and the world.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amir Khan Muttaqi also said the relations between Oslo and Kabul are important and emphasized their expansion.
Janat Faheem Chakari, a political analyst, said: "The meeting between the Afghan Foreign Minister and the Norwegian Chargé d'Affaires is very important from my point of view, because Norway is a country that has held several meetings with opponents of the Islamic Emirate at their Institute of Peace and Studies."
Some experts consider these visits of Islamic Emirate officials with ambassadors of other countries important for expanding the caretaker government's relations with European and regional countries.
They also said that the Islamic Emirate should also plan to reopen the embassies of other countries.
Moeen Gul Samakni, a political analyst, said: "The Islamic Emirate government has always tried to strengthen its external relations. The visits of representatives of various countries, especially Europe, are to attract the West."
Salim Paigir, a political analyst, said, "The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan must make commitments to the international community and remain faithful to its commitments so that the world trusts us and reopens their embassies in Kabul."
Meanwhile, the Islamic Emirate has always emphasized positive engagement with the international community, adding that countries' engagement with the caretaker government can lead to stability and security in the region and the world.
