Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the Political Deputy of the Prime Minister, during a ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of Afghanistan's independence, called on neighboring and regional countries to refrain from irresponsible behavior and statements regarding Afghanistan.
The Political Deputy of the Prime Minister said that irresponsible remarks by countries harm the security and stability of the region.
According to Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the Islamic Emirate is not in favor of war; however, it will spare no effort in defending the land and people of Afghanistan.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir stated, "We hope that regional countries will also understand Afghanistan's situation and refrain from making irresponsible statements. Regional countries should avoid actions and statements that disrupt regional stability and security and undermine the spirit of cooperation."

Referring to Afghanistan's historical events, he also mentioned that the interim government is facing a historical test and must succeed not only on the battlefield but also in the field of politics.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir added, "We are once again facing a test. We must, in addition to military success, also be champions in the field of politics, as we are."
Khairullah Khairkhwa, the acting Minister of Information and Culture, also said at this ceremony that currently, principles and Sharia exist in the country.
Khairkhwa said, "Today, there is no ethnic, linguistic, or provincial bias in the country. Today, warlords and those who would do anything for power no longer exist, and now law and Sharia are enforced."
