The acting Minister of Vice and Virtue, Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, in a meeting in Mazar-e-Sharif said that there will be no compromise in the enforcement of Islamic laws.
In this meeting, which was attended by officials of the Ministry of Vice and Virtue, local authorities, religious scholars, and tribal elders in Mazar-e-Sharif, Hanafi also stressed that Sharia and Hijab are the red lines of the Islamic Emirate.
He urged the officers of this ministry to implement the law endorsed by the leader of the Islamic Emirate.
Mohammad Khalid Hanafi added: "The implementation of Sharia and Hijab is our red line. We cannot negotiate with anyone on these matters. God forbid, if someone says not to promote virtue and prevent vice, or to abandon the issue of Hijab, and in return, they will engage with us and recognize us, then why did we sacrifice for twenty years?"
Noor-ul-Hadi Abu Edris, the deputy governor of Balkh, said in this meeting: "It is the duty of people to promote virtue and prevent vice, and we must stop those who engage in immoral and unlawful acts."
In another part of his speech, Khalid Hanafi added that international human rights organizations interfere in Afghanistan's internal affairs, especially regarding the imposition of restrictions on women, while ignoring the war in Gaza and the killing of women and children in Palestine.
The acting minister said: "Today, every Muslim, even those who are merely called Muslims, understands the plight of the people of Palestine. The Jews do not distinguish between children and women today; they are bombarding them."
The acting minister of Vice and Virtue spoke about the implementation of Hijab and Sharia while the law of this ministry was recently approved by the leader of the Islamic Emirate and published.
