Noorullah Noori: Under Islamic Emirate, Even Animal Rights Protected

Noorullah Noori, the acting Minister of Borders, Ethnicities, and Tribes, stated that under the Islamic Emirate, not only are human rights protected, but even animal rights are safeguarded.

Speaking at a gathering aimed at resolving a major conflict between two tribes in Ghor, Noori emphasized that no one would be permitted to engage in bloodshed, violence, or disrespect.

The acting Minister of Borders, Ethnicities, and Tribes further added, "In the Islamic system, besides human rights, animal rights are also safeguarded."

In another part of his speech, this official of the Islamic Emirate described the resolution of inter-tribal disputes within the country as one of the government's major responsibilities and priorities.

Regarding this, Noorullah Noori said, "The Islamic Emirate has a responsibility and a plan: the responsibility is to strive to resolve conflicts and enmities."

The major tribal conflict over agricultural lands between the Sardar Khial and Taimani tribes in Ghor, which had resulted in nearly 100 casualties, was resolved through the mediation of the Ministry of Borders, Ethnicities, and Tribes. After 100 years, both sides embraced each other.

Abdul Rahman Mazmal, a representative of the Taimani tribe, stated, "Since 1303 (1924), the dispute had been officially referred to state institutions and had not been resolved until now. During the revolution, dozens of our people were killed."

Noor Ahmad Taqizadah, a representative of the Sardar Khial tribe, said, "Thanks to God, this issue was resolved today, and we were present as representatives of the tribe."

The Ministry of Borders, Ethnicities, and Tribes stated that in the past three years, they have resolved over 2,200 tribal conflicts in the country, most of them in the provinces of Nangarhar, Nuristan, Badghis, Jawzjan, and the southeastern and northern provinces of the country.
