Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, the Deputy Political Minister of Foreign Affairs, stressed the importance of unity and justice among the citizens of the country during an event in Mussahi district of Kabul. He stated that the Islamic Emirate is committed to upholding all Islamic rights of the country's citizens.
Without naming anyone directly, Stanikzai also mentioned that opponents of the interim government continue to work against the Islamic Emirate in political and intelligence sectors.
The Deputy Minister said that the international community, particularly Islamic countries, is observing the establishment of justice and Islamic governance in Afghanistan.
Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai said: “Today, although the enemy is not visibly present, they continue to confront us politically, militarily, economically, and in intelligence sectors.”
According to the Deputy Political Minister, the interim government has made significant progress in various sectors despite opposition from some countries and the lack of United Nations support.
Commenting on the achievements, he said: “The Islamic Emirate has made substantial progress and remains committed to further advancements. These accomplishments have been realized without any global assistance, even as many countries oppose us.”
Stanikzai also reiterated that, according to the general amnesty decree, the Islamic Emirate invites all political and military opponents to return to the country.
The Deputy Political Minister appealed to opponents, saying: “We ask those present elsewhere to save themselves from destruction, pointless wandering, and falling into the enemy’s hands, and to return to the country. Afghanistan and the Islamic Emirate welcome them with open arms.”
Earlier, the Deputy Political Minister of Foreign Affairs had also highlighted the importance of unity among the people and rejected any claims of internal discord among the Islamic Emirate's officials.
