Afghans in Provinces Show Support for Gaza Ceasefire Agreement

Today (Thursday), a number of residents from various provinces took to the streets to express their support for the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

They declared their solidarity with the people of Palestine, stating that the residents of Gaza have faced numerous hardships.

Citizens of the country also called for unity among Islamic countries.

Some residents of Herat, chanting slogans such as "From Afghanistan to Gaza, one nation, one victory," expressed their support for the resistance of the Palestinian people.

Abdul Rahim Karimi, a resident of Herat, told TOLOnews: "The oppressed Palestinian nation has endured the tyranny and oppression of the usurping Zionists over the past fifteen months. They must be rescued from this situation."

Residents of Paktia and Ghazni also raised the Palestinian flag, expressing sympathy with the people of Gaza and urging Islamic countries to unite and stand together.

Abdul Mateen Hamad, a resident of Paktia, said: "Praise be to Allah, the oppressed people of Palestine have achieved a significant victory after a one-and-a-half-year-long war."

Mohammad Ismail, a resident of Ghazni, commented on the agreement: "Although there was much oppression and many people were martyred there, this is still an opportunity, and may God bring peace to the people of Palestine through this ceasefire."

Meanwhile, a large number of residents of Kabul and Khost praised the struggle and perseverance of the residents of the Gaza Strip, calling for a lasting ceasefire and an end to the war in Gaza.

Shah Mohammad, a religious scholar in Kabul, stated: "The joy of the oppressed and impoverished people of Palestine is our joy, and we share in the happiness of the wounded people of Gaza and Palestine. It has been proven that, in the battle of truth and falsehood, worldly means and resources hold little value."

Ruhullah, a resident of Khost, said: "We gathered here because the occupying regime, which was supported by the entire infidel world, was defeated by a limited group of Mujahideen. This is an honor."

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate described the ceasefire as the result of the legendary struggle of the people of the Gaza Strip over the past fifteen months. The ministry added that it must now be ensured whether the Israeli regime responsibly adheres to its commitments or not.
