Fetrat Urges Aggressors to Learn from Afghanistan's Resilient Struggles

The Islamic Emirate said the 26th of Dalwa – the day the Soviet Union forces withdrew from Afghanistan – is a proud day in the history of the country.

Hamdullah Fetrat, the Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, stated that aggressors should learn from the continuous struggles of the Afghan people. He urged the citizens of the country to remain vigilant against conspiracies, just as they have in the past.

The Deputy Spokesperson further said: "The Muslim and courageous people of Afghanistan should remain alert to any kind of conspiracy and plot in the future, just as they have in the past. With steadfast resolve and Islamic unity, they should follow the path of their ancestors."

On the other hand, during a program marking the 36th anniversary of the Soviet Red Army's withdrawal from Afghanistan, the acting Minister of Energy and Water referred to the remaining equipment in Afghanistan as war spoils.

Abdul Latif Mansoor, acting Minister of Energy and Water, stated: "We should have done this with Russia as well; because the Russians have destroyed our country and must pay for all the damages, and you should tell Trump this too. The weapons we have seized are spoils, just like we took tanks from the Russians, and they are still here. This is our right."

Khairullah Khairkhwa, acting Minister of Information and Culture, said: "Today, after 45 years, we have a central government. Nowhere in the world could this happen – a country with 50 million or more people, after 45 years, having a central government without any rifts or problems. This is impossible anywhere else."

The Soviet Union's army was present in Afghanistan for nearly nine years and was forced to leave the country due to the struggles of the Afghan people.
