US President Donald Trump and Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan are also attending the Davos meeting.

Speaking at Davos, Trump said the US will join the "one trillion trees initiative" launched at the forum.

Trump also highlighted his economic achievements and said that the US has signed a number of historic economic deals that are more fair and reciprocal.

The 50th World Economic Forum was kicked off in the Swiss city of Davos, with an agenda that is focused heavily on economy.
