At least one civilian was killed, and three others wounded in an explosion in Kabul on Monday at about noon, police said.
Hashmat Stanikzai, Kabul police spokesman, said the blast occurred in Zor Abad area of PD 4 in Kabul city inside a residential house.
Stanikzai did not give further details and the source of the explosion has not been confirmed.
This explosion was followed by another blast in Darulaman, in PD6, near the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
The PD6 explosion happened at about 1pm local time while government workers were reportedly leaving their office for the day.
