At least one civilian was killed and four soldiers were wounded in a car bomb in the Nad Ali district of Helmand province on Saturday, security officials said.
According to local security officials the explosion took place near the Afghan National Army’s third brigade in Loye Bagh village of the district, when a suicide bomber detonated a vehicle full of explosives.
Security officials said that one civilian was killed and four soldiers were wounded but another security source said five civilians and several soldiers were killed.
Taliban has not yet commented on the incident.
