Some residents of the Uruzgan's Deh Ravod district said that historical heritage sites in the district are faced with destruction.
In the Deh Ravod district, there are some historical heritage sites that have a historical background of more than a thousand years.
“There are many historical heritage sites in Deh Ravod district, which have not been paid attention to by the government for many years, and now they are being destroyed,” said Fazal-ul-Rabu, a resident of Uruzgan.
“These historical places have a lot of history, but the government has not paid any attention to them. It also has a good water area that should be properly arranged so that people can come to see it,” said Rahmatullah, an Uruzgan resident.
But the head of Information and Culture of Uruzgan pledged to reconstruct these historical places.
“Historical places that are in Uruzgan province, in addition to their protection, if they need to be restored, we will start the work. We have also shared the issue with the center,” said Agha Wali Qureshi, head of the Information and Culture of Uruzgan.
In addition to the Deh Ravod district, there are some historical and ancient heritage sites in the other districts of the province that were badly damaged in the past wars.
