At least three insurgents were killed and two others injured in an operation in northern Kunduz province, Pamir’s 20 Corps said in a statement on Sunday.
The operation was launched in Buz-e-Qandari, Hazrat Sultan, Taloka villages and some districts of the province to clear the area of insurgents, according to the statement.
The security forces seized two motorbikes during the operation, it said.
However, the statement did not provided further details or information on casualties among security forces.
