The exhibition of domestic products, agricultural goods, and women’s handicrafts, titled "Victory and Economic Progress," concluded in Kabul.
The Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines reported that nearly 100,000 people visited the exhibition, which showcased products from various sectors across the country over the past four days.
Sakhi Ahmad Paiman, Deputy Head of the Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines, emphasized the importance of high-quality production and urged the Islamic Emirate to support the country's industrialists.
Paiman stated, "The industry of Afghanistan, Afghan industrialists, farmers, and women involved in economic sectors are the economic defenders of our country through their craftsmanship."
Meanwhile, officials from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce called on citizens to support the country's economic growth by using domestic products.
Qabil Mohammad Abid, Head of Exhibitions at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, stated, "I urge industrialists who produce low-quality goods to please improve the quality of your products."
Additionally, officials from the Chamber of Agricultural Products and the Artisans’ Chamber consider the support of domestic products as the only path to self-sufficiency. They believe that holding such exhibitions plays a significant role in promoting and marketing the country’s products.
Khair Mohammad Forotan, Head of the Chamber of Agricultural and Livestock Products, stated: "Without agriculture, there is no industry; without industry, there is no craftsmanship; and without craftsmanship, there is no commerce."
Officials from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce also mentioned that in the near future, they plan to organize exhibitions of domestic products in various provinces across the country.
