It has been announced that on the 6th of Jawza (solar calendar) an international exhibition for Industry Week will be held in Kabul city.
Officials from the Afghanistan Chamber of Mines and Industries said the exhibition will feature 700 booths showcasing a variety of domestic industrial products.
Sherbaz Kaminzada, the head of the Afghanistan Chamber of Mines and Industries, said: "This exhibition will have four halls and approximately 700 booths. Everything presented at the exhibition will be domestically produced, and it will continue until the 11th of Jawza, lasting a total of six days."
Meanwhile, officials from the Afghanistan International Exhibition emphasize the importance of boosting domestic production and urge citizens to support national industries by using locally made products.
Mohammad Saber Latifi, director of the International Exhibition Center, called on the public: "Support your local products. Avoid using foreign fruits and carpets—anything that our country can produce. Instead, use goods made in our homeland."
Sarwar Farhad, head of the Kandahar Chamber of Industries, stated: "Afghanistan has now achieved self-sufficiency in livestock feed production, and currently, livestock feed materials like oilseed cake are being exported to other countries."
According to the Afghanistan Chamber of Mines and Industries, over the course of a week, the exhibition will display products from sectors such as agriculture, carpets, mining, healthcare, banking, handicrafts, machinery, and other service and manufacturing industries.
