The Afghan Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has confirmed that one its physicians Mohibullah Barakzai, the head of emergency ward of Jamhuriat Hospital in Kabul was kidnapped from PD15 of Kabul city.

This comes as residents in the city are persistently asking the government to provide security and crack down on armed robbers and thieves who are taking lives on a daily basis.
