The De Afghanistan Breshna Shirkat, or DABS, the nation’s power company, released—for the eighth time—a list of customers who have not paid their electricity bills, warning them to abide by the company’s rules and regulations.

This list includes the names of many customers including former MP Zahir Qadir, who owes Afs35 million to the company.
