The US Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, also known as SIGAR, in a report said that Afghan security forces launched 31% of the operations by themselves in three months of 2019.

SIGAR added that the statistics show reduction in independent operations.

However, the security forces say that they have conducted most of the operations by themselves in 2019.
