On Tuesday evening in Parwan, as employees from Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) were repairing the pylon damaged from last Monday's missile attacks, explosives detonated in the area and killed the Parwan electricity operations deputy and wounded 4 others, including the Parwan chief of DABS, the company confirmed.

DABS said that pylons used to import electricity from regional countries have been targeted four times by unidentified groups within the last eight days.
