Issue: Role and Participation of Women in the National Unity Government

1. Has the government in the past 13 years been able to provide the necessary opportunities for development and capacity building of women?
2.What are the main challenges for women in Afghanistan? (Women as a whole, not only in major cities).
3. What actions must be taken in order to involve women in the decision making level?
4. How should the aid donated by the International Community be managed and reach all eligible Afghan women?
5. What are the main reasons behind violence towards women? What way can this phenomenon be eliminated? In what ways and by whom should this be addressed?
6. How much has absence of constitution implementation harmed the place of women in Afghanistan today?
7. What were the reasons for NUG choosing unsuccessful candidates for the Ministry of Women Affairs? (Isn't choosing unqualified women a silent act of violence against women itself?).
8. In peace talks with Taliban, women have given the most sacrifice, how much will the demands and rights of women be considered? (How much of these talks will be with concentration of women related issues)?
