The Islamic Emirate’s Prime Minister, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, chaired the cabinet meeting after a long absence on Monday, where participants discussed various issues, according to a statement released by the Arg.
The statement said that the cabinet members discussed the formation of centers for cancer and heart treatment.
“In the meeting, essential recommendations were made to the military centers. It was instructed that the medical instruments left by the foreign troops in the provinces should be transferred to the health centers,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, the political analysts said it is important for cabinet meetings to be held in a timely to find solutions for the ongoing problems in the country.
“When such senior officials remained hidden, the concerns rise among the people. It is necessary for officials to appear in the media once a week,” said Moengul Samkani, a political analyst.
“The presence of the Prime Minister in the cabinet meeting is important for governance and this issue should be taken seriously,” said Najeeb Rahman Shaman, a political analyst.
The Arg said that the cabinet members also discussed the issue of right-hand driving vehicles.
