Acting Justice Minister Considers Clerics’ Criticism Damage to Govt

The acting Minister of Justice, Abdul Hakim Sharei, said that the criticism of the religious clerics of the government is dangerous and that it damages the Islamic Emirate.

Speaking at a graduation ceremony in Kabul, Sharie said that those who criticize the Islamic Emirate’s leader should first talk to him before making public criticism.

“Sheikh Sahib is not distracting from Sharia. He is committed to Sharia 100 percent. If you propose a positive move based on Islamic laws, Shiek Saib will consult with you,” he said.

Speaking at the gathering, the deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Abdul Salam Hanafi, said that the Islamic Emirate should treat the people with good behavior.

“We should treat the people of Afghanistan based on Islamic laws and not in a defamatory way,” he said.

The acting Minister of Higher Education, Neda Mohammad Nadim, said that expertise in modern and religious education is the need of the society and development of the country.

He also argued that the Islamic Emirate pays attention to modern and religious education.

“Expertise causes the development of a society and it is a need whether in the field of religious education or modern education,” Nadim said.

“There will be a time that this government will be strengthened in politics, defense, economy and health and will reach self-reliance,” said Sayed Habibullah Agha, acting Minister of Education.

At least 130 students graduated from Abdul Ib-e Masoud Darul-Iftah, a religious institution. The graduates urged the interim government to provide them with work opportunities.
