Some residents of Kabul and other provinces of the country celebrated the second day of Eid al-Adha by going to recreational areas and engaging in various traditional games.

The residents of the capital also expressed their happiness with the security provided during the Eid al-Adha days.

Mohammad Ishaq, a resident of Kabul, said: "We spent the second day of Eid well, and the first day of Eid was also good. Security was ensured."

Navid, a child, said: "The games are good, such as target shooting and cycling. We had a good time on the second day of Eid."

On the second day of Eid, some residents of the capital called on the Islamic Emirate to provide educational opportunities for girls and job opportunities for young people.

Mohammad Rafi Yousafzai, a resident of Kabul, said: "Our request to the Islamic Emirate is to pay more attention to the education of girls. It has been nearly three years since they have been deprived of education, and to provide job opportunities."

Eid al-Adha was opportunity for street vendors to boost their sales.

Abdul Jalil, a street vendor, said: "Our business, thank God, is good. The sale of ice cream is good. Most children and adults buy it."

Sohrab, another street vendor, said: "Compared to yesterday, today more people have come to enjoy and business is good."

Previously, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior pledged that security forces were working around the clock on the first day of Eid and that the other days of Eid would also pass with complete peace and assurance.
