The Ministry of Higher Education and the National Development Company signed a memorandum of understanding to establish joint cooperation between the two institutions.

Officials in these institutions said that the purpose of the memorandum is to use the experiences of the National Development Company in the field, and the National Development Company can also use the cadres of this ministry in the country's national projects.

The head of the National Development Company said that this operational institution, which works in the construction, production, mining, and agriculture sectors, can be a partner for building capacity in advancing the work and raising the knowledge level of academics in the field of operation.

Abdul Rahman Attash, CEO of the National Development Company, said: "There should be some kind of understanding between the National Development Company and the Ministry of Higher Education so that we can establish a kind of coordination between them in terms of the theory of higher education and in terms of the programs of the National Development Company." 

The acting Minister of Higher Education also considers the understanding between this Ministry and the National Development Company valuable in the progress of the country.

The acting minister of Higher Education, Neda Mohammad Nadim, said: "The National Development Company has many facilities and it needs specialized people to advance the work through them and develop the work in a standard way, and we are fully cooperating with them." 
 

The head of the faculty of Agriculture of Kabul University, on behalf of the officials of the agriculture faculty and universities of the country, said that for the progress of agriculture in the country, they must focus on various projects of agriculture and water management in different places. 

Safiullah Johar, the head of the faculty of agriculture, said: "The National Development Company is a hope for all Afghans. This company conducts its research work in the university, and the students who graduate from the university are familiar with those works. God willing, there are good laboratories."   

In the joint meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education and the National Development Company, video information packages related to the agricultural, production, commercial, and mining complexes related to the national development projects in various parts of the country, including the Qush Tepa Canal, were displayed, and in them the current and future programs of the National Development Company were explained to the subscribers.
