Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy Prime Minister, welcomed the stance of China and Russia on engaging with the Islamic Emirate.
Speaking at the "Announcement of Kankor Exam Results" ceremony, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir said that positive engagement with the Islamic Emirate will lead to stability and security in the region and the world.
He added: "We welcome international issues in the field of strategic cooperation, such as Russia and China, and we believe that engagement with Afghanistan will lead the region and the world towards stability, security, and progress."
Although the political deputy PM did not specifically mention any country in another part of his speech, he said that some countries are trying to launch negative propaganda against the interim government.
Kabir pledged once again that Afghan soil will not be used against any country.
The political deputy PM said: "In the region, some groups and countries are spreading misinformation to benefit their national interests, but the Islamic Emirate's stance is clear that Afghan soil will not be a threat to any country."
In another part of his speech, the Islamic Emirate official also added that the interim government does not accept any orders and stressed that instead of orders, the focus should be on realities.
He insisted that the requests for engagement with the world are not a sign of the Islamic Emirate's weakness.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir also added: "We will not bow our heads to anyone's orders in Afghanistan, and it is better to focus on realities instead of baseless claims."
The political deputy further added that the Islamic Emirate's relations with regional and world countries are increasing, and the interim government is striving to have normal diplomatic relations with the world.
