Three rockets were fired off by insurgents early Saturday morning in an apparent attempt to hit foreign installations.
The attack took place at 6am local time but no casualties were reported.
One rocket reportedly hit a wall at an Embassy and two others exploded close to Resolute Support headquarters in Shashdarak area of the city.
This came soon after Friday’s deadly suicide bombing against the Imam Zaman mosque in Dasht-e-Barchi in Kabul city which killed at least 39 people.
