At Least 20 Students Wounded In Explosion In Ghazni University

At least 20 students—15 young women and 5 young men--were wounded by a blast inside Ghazni University on Tuesday morning, reported Baz Mohammad Hemat, head of Ghazni’s provincial hospital.

The explosion occurred while a lecture was in session, and students were taken immediately to the local hospital, officials say.

The school is located in Police District 3, in the city of Ghazni, the provincial capital.

No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast yet.
