Officials at the Independent Civil Aviation Authority of Afghanistan have granted a license to Bakhtar, and the airlines will offer domestic flights.

Officials at the National Procurement Authority (NPA) say they will pay $20 million in advance to Bakhtar for future troop transport,and this advance should allow the airline company to purchase four new aircraft.
