Success Reported at Kabul's 'Victory and Economic Progress' Exhibition

Several participants in the third day of the “Victory and Economic Progress Exhibition” in Kabul described the level of sales of their products as satisfactory.

These exhibitors, expressing satisfaction with displaying their products, are eager to participate in more domestic and international exhibitions.

This exhibition has 310 booths, of which 150 are dedicated to women.

"The products we have displayed include natural cumin, wild honey, Badakhshan quroot, and Badakhshan mountain pistachios,” Diba, an exhibitor, said.

"Today is the third day of the exhibition. We had a lot of visitors, and yesterday, which was Friday, the number of visitors increased significantly, and our sales were also good," said Mirza, another exhibitor.

"More opportunities should be provided for women so they can showcase their handicrafts and carpets and gain access to international exhibitions," said Bobaani, another exhibitor.

Some visitors believe that holding exhibitions of domestic products is important for familiarizing people with and promoting these products.

"Today, we came to visit the exhibition to learn about our country's domestic products and to understand what is produced in Afghanistan," said Hamidullah, a visitor.

"Our request of the Islamic Emirate is to allow more such exhibitions to be held so that people can participate, and participating in these exhibitions also contributes to the growth of the country's economy," said Hadya, another visitor.

The organizers of this exhibition speak of an increase in the number of visitors over the course of three days.

Farid Naderi, the exhibition organizer, said, "Fortunately, the number of visitors to this exhibition has increased day by day, and since today is the third day of the event, more than thirty thousand of our compatriots visited the exhibition yesterday."

Officials in the Islamic Emirate organize several domestic product exhibitions annually in the capital, provinces of the country, and in countries such as Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, China, and Iran, and they say these exhibitions are one of the important ways to strengthen the country's trade and economy.
