The Chamber of Commerce and Investment has announced the organization of the third Imam Abu Hanifa Exhibition next week.
According to officials, the exhibition will be held on October 6 in Kabul, featuring 400 booths for displaying domestic products and 300 booths for foreign products.
Officials from the chamber also added that participants from Central and South Asian countries, China, Iran, Turkey, and Japan will attend the Imam Abu Hanifa Exhibition.
Mir Zaman Popal, the Deputy Director of Finance and Administration of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment, said: "On the sidelines of this exhibition, we will also have a B2B conference with participation from various global companies attending, particularly from countries such as Iran, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, China, and other countries."
The President of the Afghan Craftsmen's Chamber described the exhibition as significant in supporting domestic production and expanding Afghanistan's trade and transit relations with the participating countries.
Shirin Agha Sakhi, the President of the Afghan Craftsmen's Chamber, said: "Through these exhibitions, we will be showcasing the production from our factories in the industrial parks of Herat, Kandahar, Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif, and other provinces. God willing, all of these will be produced to standard."
Alireza Sadrzadeh, the CEO of the Exhibition Project Management Company, stated: "Based on the directions provided by our friends in the Chamber of Commerce and the negotiations we had before the exhibition, most of the Iranian companies participating aim to bring their industry and technology to Afghanistan."
According to the Chamber of Commerce and Investment, the exhibition will feature products from various industrial, commercial, and service sectors, including agriculture, carpets, mining, healthcare, banking, handicrafts, machinery, transportation, logistics, construction, telecommunications, education, and more, both from domestic and foreign exhibitors, for seven days.
