Abdullah Abdullah, chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation, addressed the start of the intra-Afghan negotiations in Doha. He called for a humanitarian ceasefire and said the negotiating team of the Islamic republic will represent all political movements, parties, political figures and diverse layers of society.
