Over 40 days have passed since the negotiators from both sides of the Afghan conflict are in Doha where they are trying to bridge the gaps on the contested items intended for the formal talks between the two sides. But no breakthrough has been achieved so far and the war continues to take victims in large numbers both from the Afghan civilians and the military personnel.
