Pakistan's Caretaker PM Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in an exclusive interview with media outlet The News Maker said “There is de facto control and authority of a group in Afghanistan, they cannot respond to the certain groups within their soil, so they need time," and “the groups like TTP they do reside on Afghan soil we do raise such issues with them.”
