As the deportation of Afghan refugees from Pakistan intensifies, the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Emirate has called on Pakistan to respect Islamic values and international principles in its treatment of refugees.

The deputy of the ministry, Abdul Latif Nazari, also appealed to the international community to unfreeze Afghanistan’s assets so that the funds can be used to address refugee-related challenges.
