A number of police and army soldiers say they have faced severe financial difficulties after being wounded and disabled.

According to these soldiers, the money paid by the government for their treatment is not enough and they have been forced to borrow to heal their wounds.

The Interior and Defense Ministries say that soldiers who are wounded and disabled on the battlefield are paid salaries and benefits.
