The match between Afghanistan and Syria’s national football teams in the second round of qualifiers for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup will take place in the city of Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, with Afghanistan as the host.

This will be Afghanistan’s second match in the second round of the qualifiers, following their defeat against Myanmar in the opening match.

The Afghanistan vs. Syria match will be broadcast live at 9:30 PM tonight (Tuesday, Kabul time) on TOLO and Lemar TVs.

The Afghan national team has been training in Al-Ahsa, the match venue, under the supervision of their new Italian head coach, Vincenzo Alberto.

In the 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers, Afghanistan is grouped with Myanmar, Pakistan, and Syria.
