Afghanistan’s National Football Team will face Oman on Thursday in a qualifying match for both the 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
The match will take place in Oman at Al-Seeb Stadium, and will kick off at 7:30pm, Kabul time.
Afghanistan started training in Muscat, the capital of Oman, on Monday night. Afghanistan has faced Oman three times before and lost each time.
Afghanistan is playing in Group E against Qatar, Bangladesh, Oman and India, and is currently in third place, with three points.
Afghanistan lost its first match, 0-6, to Qatar, but won its second match against Bangladesh, 1-0.
