Russian MMA Fighter Accepts Mubariz’s Challenge

Russian Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Denis Kanakov, who beat Afghan fighter Abdul Azim Badakhshi in the Championship Berkut (ACB) match in Moscow about two weeks ago, has accepted Baz Mohammad Mubariz’s challenge.

After Kanakov beat Badakhshi, Mubariz posted a public challenge to Kakanov, so he can avenge the losses of Badakhshi and fellow Afghan Ahmed Wali Hotak.

On Thursday, Mubariz again posted on his Facebook that Kanakov accepted his challenge and said: “I don’t have a problem and I will give the same lesson that I gave to his two fellow fighters.”

“I am saying to Mubariz that you made a big mistake that you challenged me and now you must defend it and not regret it because I will end the match with one punch,” Kanakov said, adding that “I know that the people of Afghanistan know me better than you three.”

Kakanov on August 26, 2017 defeated Ahmad Wali Hotak, another Afghan MMA fighter.

Mubariz in reply to Kanakov said that “Denis Kanakov! I will not regret my challenge and I am very happy that you accepted my challenge. I have decided to defeat you in front of millions of Russian people.”

The challenge between Mubariz and Kanakov will be held in the next month.
