Five days have passed since the opening ceremony of the intra-Afghan talks between the delegation representing the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban in Doha. But the two sides so far have not managed to finalize the procedures and methods for conducting the formal negotiations.

TOLOnews’ correspondent Karim Amini, who is covering the talks in Doha, on Wednesday said that the two sides are trying to finalize the procedures so that the formal talks between the two sides can start.

The procedures for the talks were expected to be finalized on Tuesday during the joint meeting between the two sides, but it has not happened due to disagreements, said delegates.
