Continued Intense Bombing of Rafah Region in Southern Gaza Strip by Israel

In the last day, 54 Palestinians were killed and 96 others were injured in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip. According to official statistics, since the beginning of the conflict in the Gaza Strip, a total of 34,888 Palestinians have died and 78,204 have been injured.

Um Jamal Al-Qasir, a resident of the Gaza Strip, said: "God is our suffice over them, may God take revenge on them. Our dead are in heaven, their dead are in hell. May God make us victorious against them, may God give them a taste of the pain we have been feeling for my son. May God make their heart burn over their loved ones. God is our suffice. May God scatter them just like they scattered us. God is our suffice over them. May they taste the (pain) that we have tasted. May God make us victorious against them. God is our suffice and He is the best disposer of our affairs. Our dead are in heaven and their dead are in hell."

The Israeli attacks on the Rafah area in the southern Gaza Strip continue as the residents of this city have once again become displaced and left their tents. Simultaneously, several of these displaced Palestinians say they are in dire need of food, drinking water, and shelter.

Mazen Ghadur, a displaced Palestinian, said: “Our house has been destroyed. It was hit. It is not just me. I have daughters and I have sons with me. We are around eight or nine families in this house. Now they are saying ‘evacuate’. Where should we go?”

Suleiman Abu Kweik, a displaced Palestinian, said: “This is the fourth time we are being displaced. Our homes have been destroyed.”

Azza Nana, a relief worker, said: "It might be our final day here. The situation in Rafah is extremely challenging. There's a shortage of fuel and gas, and no available options. People wish to evacuate, just like we did. We were assisting the displaced, and now we seek someone to assistance us"

Meanwhile, Lloyd Austin, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, has announced the suspension of ammunition deliveries to Israel.

Lloyd Austin, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, said: "Israel shouldn't launch a major attack in the Rafah without accounting for and protecting the civilians that are in that battle space. And again, as we have assessed the situation, we paused one shipment of high payload munitions.

Daniel Hagari, a spokesperson for the Israeli army, said: "The security assistance of the United States since the beginning of the war is of unprecedented scale, I think, in the history of the State of Israel. Alongside this, there is something more important than security assistance, which is the operational assistance. The partnership of the IDF with the American Central Command CENTCOM, is of unprecedented operational scale."

Recently, Hamas has announced that it will continue the battles in the eastern Rafah area against Israel and will not release Israeli hostages until a ceasefire is established and the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.
