MEHWAR: Initial Demands of Kabul's Negotiating Team Discussed

The delegation of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, who will face the Taliban in the intra-Afghan talks in Qatar, on Wednesday announced that the agenda of these talks has been finalized and that the end of the war and a ceasefire will be the first demands of the delegation in their negotiations.

Members of the negotiation team said that representatives from more than 20 nations are expected to monitor the negotiations online.

Sources close to the Taliban say that the future of the regime, and how to transfer power, will be among the Taliban's topics in the negotiations.
