Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, a member of Taliban’s Qatar office, says the intra-Afghan negotiations will begin after 5,000 Taliban prisoners are released by the Afghan govt, and 1,000 Afghan forces prisoners are released by the Taliban--and this process should be concluded by March 10.
