The acting foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, and an accompanying delegation from the Islamic Emirate left for Russia today to participate in the Moscow Format meeting.
Zabiullah Mujahid, spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, told TOLOnews that various political and economic issues will be discussed at the meeting.
