A deadly explosion occurred this afternoon (Wednesday) at the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation. The Islamic Emirate, in a statement, has said that Khalil Rahman Haqqani, the acting minister of the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation, was martyred in today's explosion.
