Footage of a five-year-old Afghan "martial artist" athlete has gone viral recently on social media and has attracted viewers’ attention and admiration. 

Navid displays a special talent in kickboxing and Muay Thai and has been practicing in these two martial arts fields for some time. 

The videos of him on social media show Navid boxing with his father. 

Navid lives with his parents in Indonesia and says he hopes to compete in international competitions under the Afghan flag in the future.

"My dream is to become a world champion and I want to raise the Afghan flag to the world, please support me," Navid said.

Hussain Yousefi, Navid's father, says that his son started training six months ago. 

“Navid's enthusiasm led us to start training together and move forward. My plan for Navid's future is to work harder, so one day he becomes a legend in world sports,” stated Yousefi.

“Navid is very hardworking and has great talent. He always tells me he wants to be a world champion,” said Ali Sena, Navid’s brother.

Navid's father, who is also an athlete, emigrated to Indonesia six years ago.
